2017: Traded from the Lizards to the Rattlers on November 15, 2016.  Midseason the Lizards realized they made a mistake and traded to get him back.  

2016: Played in all 14 regular season games...Recorded 15 goals, 4 assists and 16 ground balls during the regular season

2015:Played in all 14 regular season games...Recorded 22 goals (including 2 game-winning goals), 9 assists and 10 ground balls during the regular season...netted another 4 goals in the playoffs...2015 MLL All-Star...Part of the 2015 New York Lizards Championship team

2014:Member of the Team USA 30-man training roster...One of only three players to play in all 14 regular season games...New York's 3rd leading scorer with 28 points (behind Pannell and Palasek)...Named Coca-Cola Player of the Game Weeks 9 v. Ohio and 11 at Boston...Had at least one point every game played...Career-high five goals 6/28 v. Ohio

2013: Played in eight games... Career high three goals and two assists against Ohio on August 10... Named MVP of the Game for five point performance against Ohio



2013: Big East Midfielder of the Year and unanimous selection to the All- Big East First Team…  In 2013 he became Syracuse Universities leading Midfielder single season assist holder, surpassing Paul Gait’s record of 34... 2011 and 2012 All-Big East second team selection… Named team co-captain in 2012 and 2013… Had a 24 game point scoring streak in 2012. In 2013, JoJo was a Top 5 finalist for the Tewaaraton Award in 2013… Also named to the All-Big East team in 2013. 

Full name is Joseph Michael Marasco...  Son of Anna Marie and Richard Marasco…  Three brothers, one sister... Brother, Matt, was a defenseman on the Army lacrosse team from 2008-11… Sister, Katie is a midfielder for the La Salle women’s lacrosse team... Majored in Physical Education...Currently serves as the head coach for Windermere Preparatory School boys lacrosse in Windermere, FL.
